We've used this program for the last year and a half with unbelievable
results! Now, we have improved the program. We are able to show you
exactly where you are when you start with a comprehensive fitness
assessment. Included with the 3 group sessions are 3 private personal
training sessions with a Trinity Fitness Professional. Upon completion
of the program you will receive a final fitness assessment to show you
the incredible progress you've achieved over the 21 day journey!

My name is Ginette and I am 77 years old. I would like to tell
you how grateful I am to Mr. Nathan and his 21 days program. I never
was much on exercises,but I have to admit that I really enjoyed doing
them,it help me loose some inches and I feel a lot more active ,my
grand daughter tells me that I look more cheerful everytime that I
workout. I also follow a much better diet that keeps me very satisfied.

When I started the 21 Day Program on Jan. 9th I was not
exercising and eating properly. Through the guidance of Nathan Nowak
and Jennifer Murray I am now exercising on a regular daily basis and
eating healthier than I had been. After one week of beginning the 21
Day Program I was able to see a difference in my size and feel better
from excersing and eating properly. I could not believe how quickly the
change began. As of today, Feb. 7th (29 days later) I have lost a total
of 15lbs. and 2 1/2 inches and I plan to lose more!
